1 Ordering & shipping
1.1 Where is my order?

Every order is shipped with UPS or PostNL. You always receive a confirmation by e-mail, in this e-mail you can find the track & trace. Did not receive an e-mail? Check your spam box!

1.2 How do you ship my order?

We ship all our orders with UPS or PostNL. When complete your order you can choose the delivery partner. Every order placed before 16:00 will be handed to our delivery partners. 

1.3 Can I ship my package to a pickup point?

Yes! During checkout you can select the option 'service point delivery'. Based on your postal code you will see a map with available locations in your neighborhood. Choose your pick up point and you're all set. Pick up your parcel on time, otherwise the package will be returned to us.

1.4 Can I also pick up my order in the store?

Yes, that's possible. You can choose the option 'Pick up in our store' during checkout.

1.5 Can it happen that my parcel will not be delivered the next day?

It can happen. We do our best to wrap all the orders on time and make them ready for pick up. It can happen during busy seasons UPS and PostNL experience some delays in delivery.

2 Exchanges & returns
2.1 Do I have to pay for shipping when changing an item?

No, when you exchanged your item for a different item, colour or size, we will ship it to your doorstep free of charge. Contact our customer service for other sizes/ colours.

2.2 Can I also exchange or return my item in the store?

Yes, that's possible. When exchanging, it's best to inform in advance whether we still have your desired item in stock. If you want to return items in the store, make sure you take the order receipt with you.

2.3 How will my return be refunded?

You purchase will be refunded in the same way that the payment was made. For example, if you made the purchase using a creditcard, the refund will also appear on your creditcard.

Did you make a purchase in our store? You will receive a voucher when you return an item.

3 Other questions
3.1 Can you also pack my order as a gift?

Yes we do! You can leave a message when you complete your order. Let us know if it is for a girl, boy or unisex.

3.2 Where can I view and leave reviews?
