Orders placed on business days before 4 p.m. will be shipped the same day by us. Unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Within the Netherlands we charge € 5,00 for shipping. If your order is more than € 75,00, you will not pay any shipping costs. You can find the shipping costs for the other countries in the table at the bottom of the page.
We send all our packages with UPS or PostNL, this is fast and secure.
You can also choose to pick up your order at the store. Keep in mind that your order will be reserved for 4 days from the moment it is ready to be picked up.
We try to keep our online inventory updated, but because we also have a physical store in Eindhoven, it can happen that your ordered item(s) are sold in the store. We will, in consultation, try to provide you with an alternative, or we will transfer your money back to you.
Not satisfied? No problem! Contact us for a different size or another item. You can also return the item to us. Log in to your account, view your ordered products, and then click on "Return Items" at the bottom. Enter the quantity of each product you want to return, fill in the return reason, return action, and response, and finally click "Submit" at the bottom. You are, of course, always free to send the package back to us via any parcel point.
Initiate your return with us within 30 days. Sale items? Returns are accepted for a maximum of 14 days.
